There are many challenges when they are trying to lose weight and make better food choices. For me I feel that time is a big factor that plays a role in me losing me weight. Always feeling tired and do not feel like doing anything is also a challenge that a person could face when trying to change their habits. Patience is also a major factor because, if the results are not seen fast enough then that is a chance for quitting. Over the next five years I plan to make sure that these challenges are not a problem for me to make my health better. I plan to make sure I make time to exercise daily and eat healthier.

Michelle,
Before, I use to think of making time to exercise as challenge, but now I know that it is a responsibility, just like getting up and brushing ones teeth. It may be a challenge only if you allow it to be so. Being active physically can be fun. It can be as simple as chasing your little brother or sister around and wrestling! Getting that heart rate up is the objective so that one can be healthy at any age, and any weight. That's right! One does not have to loose weight to be physically fit. A result to physical activity does not have to be shedding pounds; a result can be healthy lungs and heart. Your post was very honest.

Hello Michelle! I agree that there are many challenges in life when a person is always trying to loose weight. The challenges are from finding out that they are pregnant or a mother dropping off their favorite piece of cake. Sometimes, making better food choices don’t always taste good. I believe this is my problem. Finding time to exercise, go to class, go to work, cleaning-up, studying, doing homework, and maintaining a lasting relationship with a significant other would make anyone tired. I hope over the next five years, you are successful with your plans.
