For me I feel like taking time to exercise for at least fifteen minutes will make a difference in your health. the exercise can include walking, jogging, sit-ups, push-ups etc. any activity will do that can help a person with their health. Instead of watching television or talking on the phone you can exercise. That can help a person become less risky of disease they can control. If a woman make a better selection with their food choices, then they have a better chance of reducing their risk for cardiovascular disease. A woman need not to eat many fried foods and eat the recommended serving of fruits and vegetables will also help any woman to take care of themselves.

You were busy over spring break. I agree with you that if women will make time for 15 minutes a day for themselves will make a difference in their own health. Women and men must realize that they must take a step for better health. Lifestyle changes and exercise is the right step for better health.
You make it sound so easy. I suppose if we took seriously the minutes instead of dreading the many hours it takes in the long run to be healthy we would "just do it."
Breaking things down always makes them look easier. I think you are right about cardiovascular success – workouts don’t have to killers. A 30 minute a day walk – at least 5 days a week could add years to a woman’s life. I know without a doubt it helps me feel better now – so surely it will help me feel better in the future.
The NOT watching TV thing is the best idea yet. Let's all try it. Keep up the good work. You sure do a super job of staying ahead on you blogs. I am always kicking myself to get all my work done on time. Great job!
You have a great idea here! I agree with the others, when you break it down to something simple like a 15 minute bit of exercise it seems so much more feasible. I don't have much time to watch tv but I must admit I find the time to watch a few shows. One thing that I am doing for myself is getting the DVR recorder so that I can focus more on what is important rather than what is on tv! I hope that this will enable me to find more time to exercise!
